Alexander ARPINO has developed DBM outside its domestic market, across the Channel in the UK where we are known as Veterinary insights Ltd and the Atlantic in the US. Based in the UK, Alex combines knowledge in market studies (IMS), field experience (Hill’s) and how to deal with customers (Johnson and Johnson).

Alex has considerably developed DBM in the UK and US and is setting up Panelvet in the UK.

Present with DBM since the beginning, Alain LE FLOC’H manages and oversees all of the data processing aspects of our work with our clients. He is an expert in Access technology.

Philippe PROST joined DBM in 2002 and is the chief developer as well as being responsible for the data processing work of several of our clients. A mild mannered man with a highly developed intellectual approach to problem solving.

Sara Ellis joined in 2009, having previously worked for 11 years as an analyst/developer in the financial industry. Whilst in her previous role she was actively involved in planning, development, implementation and training of large scale developments.

Hala Nemer is a software developer, also born in the Lebanon, her speciality is linking systems. She works on our CRM and database applications, and is the lead developer on our Quality Care programme. Hala spent two years working at our Versailles offices, and this summer moved back to her home town in the Lebanon, where she continues to work for us in a full time capacity.
